Drift Velocity

Unfortunately, pirates have raided the code on the 9th sector (the game crashes). I don't know if this is against the GMTK 2020 rules, but https://jwiggs.itch.io/drift-velocity-2 is a link if you want to play past this point

Blow up hordes of spaceships in this top down shooter with a twist: you literally can't stop moving, and your mouse is the only way to control your ship.

Rotate? Move the mouse.

Fire your engines? Click. 

Shoot deadly lasers? Click. 

Launch explosive missiles? Click.

Full speed ahead? Also click.

Apply to the Coalition of the Federation Alliance for a weapon upgrade, only for them to turn down your application and give you rubbish armor upgrade instead?  (╯°□°)╯︵ ┻━┻. Then click again!
